Yoga is a Sanskrit word that means "union"; mind, body and spirit. Yoga is a practice that will tone your body, strengthen and lengthen your muscles, as well as helping you focus and center your mind. Yoga helps to improve overall fitness, deal with areas of physical injury, and help to manage daily stress.
No experience required. A safe place for individuals to experience yoga postures, breathing techniques, and develop relaxation skills. All levels of participation are welcome.
